At Burgschneider, we want to ensure your medieval and reenactment gear fits perfectly; therefore, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original, unworn condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the fabric is free of any alterations or signs of use.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all historical garments are neatly folded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
